She earned a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Project Management, which shapes her strategic, results-driven approach to developing scalable mortgage solutions.
In 2021, PROGRESS in Lending named Monique one of the Most Powerful Women in FinTech. At VeriCore Systems, she's creating core mortgage banking platforms that deliver operational transparency, sharpen execution, and enable sustainable growth across the industry.
Cecilia Janson
Co-Founder/COOShe brings 25 years of mortgage banking and consulting expertise to her work in operations, business risk management, and enterprise-scale system implementations. As a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB®) and Certified Corporate Trainer (CTC), she has served in senior leadership and delivery roles with banks and independent mortgage companies navigating significant operational and technology changes. Her strengths lie in execution, process improvement, and change management—guiding organizations to connect strategic goals with efficient, scalable operations throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
Ajee Williams
Senior Product DesignerHe specializes in creating seamless user experiences for complex digital platforms. With deep expertise in both UX and UI design, Ajee excels at breaking down intricate mortgage workflows and transforming them into clean, intuitive interfaces that users can navigate effortlessly. His design philosophy centers on understanding the end user—anticipating their needs, reducing friction, and creating experiences that feel natural rather than forced.
